I could not resist the $20 baby Ball Pythons at the White Plains Reptile Show. I am totally in love with this one's pattern, but he doesn't have a name yet.

Photography Note:
Unfortunately, I lost my head with both of these photos.

If you try something like this please make sure there is something soft under the snake in case he falls. We forgot this one was a baby, and unlike my adult snakes that will hang out on perches forever, this little one got tired and fell off the split second we weren't looking at him. He's ok, but I will never try something like this again without something under the snake. If he had been any larger he would have been seriously hurt.

So please let my mistake be a warning for other snake photographers as I would never take anymore photos of these guys if they got hurt because of some stupid photo...-_-

ya kno, with the balls(i have to freakishly large ones) it dosnt matter baby or adult, they dont do well with perching like tree snakes, mine was wraped arund my scholder once n i leaned across my desk 4 a pencil, n he just slid right off onto the foor, n i wouldnt be too too woried if your snaky falls again, their prity resiliant, they can handle slight falls, its 3 year olds and live rodents u need to watch lol

absolutely great picture ! I like the warm tone , harmonious colors overall.
I don't know why it is in scraps :?: !! I prefer this on eto the one alike in your gallery. Keeping it for a soon to come feature :aww:

Awww thank you! :hug: I'm personally more fond of the other photo, but if you like I can take this one out of scraps. I go through and weed out my gallery every so often, but sometimes I cut out too much ;)

As for a feature, please let me know if you do feature it and thank you for being so kind! :D
